Wie Du die Zukunft mitgestalten kannst:

Als Sales Specialist setzt du unseren Vertriebsplan um und sorgst dafür, dass der Verkauf von Schmierstoffprodukten in deinem Gebiet wächst. Dabei konzentrierst du dich auf folgende Marktsegmente:

  • Workshops
  • Werkstattnetzwerk unter der Marke Castrol
  • Filialen von Autoteilehändlern
  • Autozubehörgeschäfte

Dein Ziel: Die vereinbarten Vertriebsziele erreichen und neue Kunden für unser bestehendes Portfolio gewinnen.

Dein neues Aufgabenumfeld – sicher, anspruchsvoll und zukunftsorientiert:

  • Du setzt den regionalen Verkaufsplan um und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Distributoren die Automotive-Strategie – von der Zentrale bis zur Filiale.
  • Du unterstützt die Vertriebsteams bei der Kundengewinnung für Castrol, begleitest Kundenbesuche und stärkst die Markenpräsenz am Point of Sale.
  • Du planst und realisierst Marketingkampagnen, verwaltest Budgets und setzt zentrale Aktionen, Programme und Schulungen erfolgreich um.
  • Du organisierst Incentives, Produkttrainings und Werbeaktionen und baust unser Werkstattnetzwerk (Q Service Castrol & Bosch Car Service) weiter aus.
  • Du analysierst Verkaufsberichte, erstellst Marktberichte und nutzt digitale Tools wie Salesforce, Power BI und Tableau für effizientes Gebietsmanagement.
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Arbeitssicherheit, Produktqualität und Markenrichtlinien und lebst das Castrol-Mindset: Wachstum fördern, Kunden begeistern, Veränderungen annehmen.

Dein Qualifikationsprofil – fundiert und aus Leidenschaft:

  • Du verfügst über mindestens einen Sekundarschulabschluss, idealerweise hast du einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fach
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Kunden- und Channel-Management mit sowie im Projektmanagement und in komplexen Organisationsstrukturen
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Marketingprogrammen und der Aktivierung von Angeboten
  • Du verfügst über Fundiertes Wissen zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen, Kundensegmentierung und Channel Management
  • Du hast Freude an der Entwicklung von Strategien und Aktivierung von Accounts sowie im Kundenbeziehungsmanagement und bei der Profitabilitätsanalyse
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Vertragsinhalten und Abschlussprozessen

Holidays


In addition to 20 days’ annual leave, we provide bp employees with an additional ‘My day’ each year. You can also buy up to six weeks’ additional annual leave per annum.
